MAKING A BOOKING

Do you want to schedule an extra clean? Do you need to check out later? We know that some of our guests may have specific needs or preferences. If you have a special request, please get in touch with us on gestion@thewhitehomes.es, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Please remember that we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to complete all special requests. As such, if it’s a decisive factor for making your booking, we recommend getting in touch with us to check before booking. We will also give priority to special requests made by long-stay guests.

All of our properties are well equipped for children. However, children must always be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian over the age of 18. If you need a cot, please list it as a special request when you make your booking. We have cribs available free of charge for children under the age of 3.

We have early check-in and late check-out options for all of our properties (subject to availability).

Early check-in: if you want to pick up the keys a little earlier, this option is available for an additional cost of €10 (subject to availability).

Late check-out: if you want to sleep in a little later, this option is available for an additional cost of €20 (subject to availability).

If you request either of these options after making your booking, we recommend checking with us by sending an email to gestion@thewhitehomes.es.

Yes, you can definitely make a booking in someone else’s name. You’ll just need to have to main guest’s contact details to hand when you make the booking in their name.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets in our home out of respect towards the other guests.

Yes. We’ll make an authorisation hold of €500 on your card during your stay as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded between 4 and 6 days after your stay.

Yes, taxes are included.

We have long-stay discounts. For stays of over 10 days, we apply a 10% discount on the tariff, and for stays of over 25 days, we apply a 20% discount.

We currently do not have any promo codes. In the future, you’ll be able to use them when making a payment directly on our website.

You can request an invoice by writing to us on gestion@thewhitehomes.es Please don’t forget to include your VAT number.

Here at The White Homes, everything is included, but if you have any specific needs, tell us what it is, and we’ll send you a non-binding quote for it.

MANAGING MY BOOKING

Yes. It’s possible to change your payment method after making your booking. Get in touch with us on gestion@thewhitehomes.es, and we’ll help you change it.

Yes, as long as we have homes available, we’d love to have you stay for longer at The White Homes. Get in touch with us on gestión@thewhitehomes.es, and we’ll help you change it.

Don’t worry! Get in touch with us on gestion@thewhitehomes.es, and we’ll send you a corrected version of your invoice as soon as possible.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up until 14 days before your check-in date.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this service. As an alternative, there is a taxi service from the airport. That said, we would recommend having your own vehicle so that you can make the most of the island.

Each one of The White Homes has its own private outdoor parking space for two cars.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.

Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

Yes, we have an early check-in option (subject to availability).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOMES

Yes, you’ll find soft white towels for each guest, both beach towels and bath towels. If you need more, please tell one of our hosts.

Each of The White Homes has its own private outdoor parking space for two cars.

Each of The White Homes has a hairdryer for guests to use.

Each of The White Homes has multiple sets of complimentary soap for guests to use.

Our philosophy is to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. In each of our homes, you’ll find a washing machine as well as top-of-the-range appliances to make you feel right at home.

Smoking is not permitted in the homes out of respect for other guests.

All of The White Homes have free Wi-Fi. You’ll have all of the information you need to get online in the Welcome Book that you’ll find upon arrival.
